Cindy Ann Drobena Olmstead, 63, of Beulah, died Friday, Dec. 1, 2017 at home with her family by her side. She was born Sept. 14, 1954 in Frankfort, the daughter of Paul and Gloriette (Carlson) Drobena.
Cindy worked at Benzie Central High School for 30 years, retiring in 2011.
On Dec. 31, 1999 in Las Vegas, Nevada, Cindy married Darryl Olmstead, who survives her. She is also survived by her children, Catina (Todd) Crossman, of Honor, and Tiffany (Rob) Higgins, of Greensboro, North Carolina; her stepdaughter, Dara Freeman, of Rockledge, Florida; six grandchildren, Mason and Connor Freeman, of Florida, Allison and Joseph Crossman, of Honor, Jackson and Harper Higgins, of Greensboro, North Carolina; her sister, Debra (Don) Scheirer, of Idaho Falls, Idaho; and her brothers, Jeffrey Drobena, of Thompsonville, and Thomas Drobena, of Copemish.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation has taken place, and no services will be held at this time.
