Mullins; and childhood friend, Gary Welch.
Dave was preceded in death by his father, John Troppi Sr.; and brother, Martin Troppi.
Per Dave's wishes, a cremation has taken place, and the family will hold a private service.
Memorial contributions may be directed to The American Cancer Society, PO Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
