Clarence 'Terry''s Story
Clarence "Terry" Pietrzak, of Williamston, died May 6, 2017. The son of the late Anthony and Tillie (Popielarz) Pietrzak, Terry was born in Saginaw on Dec. 4, 1922 and passed away on May 6, 2017.
He was a graduate of Saginaw High School and was proud to serve in the U.S. Navy in World War II.
Terry retired in 1977 after 39 years with the Michigan Bell Telephone Company. He, along with Betty (now deceased), square-danced from Traverse City to Lakeland, Florida. Terry was a member of Dearborn Rotary, Lakeland Elks and Williamston American Legion.
Terry is survived by his two loving daughters, Susan Refior, of Okemos, and Jeanne Pietrzak, of Albany, California; and three granddaughters, Kerstyn Green, Courtney Estala and Alison Schopmeyer.
Terry enjoyed playing golf at Grand Traverse Bay Country Club, fishing with family and spending time with his grandkids.
Private services will be held.
