Clarice Louise (Blue) Coger, 88, of Cadillac, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Autumnwood of McBain. Clarice was born March 26, 1929 in Fife Lake, the daughter of Harry and Allene (Wilmot) Blue, who preceded her in death.
Clarice enjoyed being with her family, and having them all together. She loved to dance in her day, loved her flower gardens, her many kitty cats, and enjoyed listening to new genealogy information on the "Blue Family." She also wrote many little humorous stories about her childhood. She retired from AT&T and had many part time jobs that she enjoyed.
She is survived by her life mate, James Janson; her children, Douglas Coger, Susan (Richard) Sokoloski, and Laura Clark; grandchildren, Nicola (Joseph) Dimarco, Douglas Coger Jr., Lynne (Joseph) Kennedy, Julie (Mark) Snyder, Joseph (Kelly) VandenBossce, Lacey Coger, Amy (Eric) Peterson, Michael (Melissa) Clark, and Courtney Clark; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Charlene (Donald) Wood; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Clarice was also preceded in death by a son and daughter-in-law, John and Diane Coger; a grandson, Bradley Clark; and sisters, Joyce Combs and Jean Bigler.
She has donated her body to Medcure, and sometime in the future there will be a celebration of life.
