Dannie was a proud and loving father to Kathy Giddis, Dannie Joe Giddis, Jr., Mike (Stacey) Giddis, and Joe (Jenne) Giddis. A highly skilled finish carpenter, Dannie was known for his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. He enjoyed hunting, reading, tractors, attending the Buckley Old Engine Show, and faithfully following the Detroit Tigers. He also shared a special bond with his loyal dogs, Louis and Lila, who were constant companions.
