Algoma, Wisconsin - Born on July 20, 1975, Deborah Michelle Collins Engerson (Deb) passed away on August 4, 2025 in Green Bay, Wisconsin after a long and valiant battle with cancer. Her steadfastly loyal husband, Frank, and cherished son, Jericho, were at her side. A member of The National Honor Society, Deb graduated from Traverse City Senior High School in 1993 and relocated not long afterward to Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Despite significant physical disability and multiple hospitalizations from two previous bouts with cancer, Deb managed to raise a son, and complete a course in Medical Coding. For several summers Deb maintained a booth at an outdoor market in Sturgeon Bay, where she made her clients happy with delicious baked goods and beautiful crocheted clothing and toys. Deb's optimism and perseverance in the face of difficult medical setbacks inspired us all. In addition to her husband, Frank Snyder, and son, Jericho Benson, Deb is survived by her parents, Michael and Carolyn Collins, sisters Kathleen Collins (Jonathan Fields) and Tamara Collins, brothers Richard Collins and Andrew Collins, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Christopher Collins. We will all miss Deb's generous spirit and beautiful smile.
