Traverse City, Michigan - Debby was born in Owosso, MI to Lowell and Helen Rigoulot.


Debby attended Owosso High School and preceded to receive her nursing degree from William Jewell College of Kansas City as well as a Degree of Science from Western Michigan University. Debby loved the outdoors and enjoyed horseback riding, boating, snow skiing in Switzerland and various other sports. Her girlfriends were a priority, and she called her life-long friends the "Chicago Seven". As an avid dog lover, Debby was never without one of her "best friends ".

Debby is survived by twin brother, Del Rigoulot and sister-in-law Candy Howard Rigoulot and sister Jill A Rigoulot Druhl. Stepchildren: Michael Foster, Cynthia Foster Stanley, Stephen Foster and Susan Gallo plus many cousins. Deceased family members husband William P. Foster, her parents Lowell and Helen Stanton Rigoulot and nephew Ryan H Rigoulot.

The family wants to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Northern Michigan Hospice staff for providing excellent and loving care. Special thanks to the Trinity Kidney St Marys of Grand Rapids MI for giving us extra time to spend with Debby.
