Traverse City, Michigan - Dennis "Denny" Manville, age 74, of Traverse City, passed away on March 27, 2026.

Dennis was born on October 29, 1951, in Traverse City, Michigan, to the late Elmer J. Manville Sr. and Beatrice "Bea" A. Manville (née Yagle). He was raised in Traverse City alongside his siblings and remained deeply connected to the Northern Michigan area throughout his life.

Denny married the love of his life, Salinda M. Manville, and together they shared many years of marriage and raised their son, Kevin L.

He spent much of his working life in the Traverse City area, where he was known for his friendly demeanor while working at several auto parts stores. He took pride in helping customers and also worked as a delivery driver, becoming a familiar face around town.

Denny had a deep love for the outdoors and could often be found enjoying Northern Michigan's natural beauty through fishing and hunting. He was also an avid fan of NASCAR, especially cheering on his favorite driver, Rusty Wallace.

He is survived by his beloved granddaughter, Haleigh Manville; his siblings, Elmer J. Manville Jr. (the late Katherine C.), Diana L. Steffen (Dennis W.), and Deborah K. Maylone (the late Scott L.); as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Salinda M. Manville, and his son, Kevin Manville.

Cremation has taken place, and a private burial will be held later this spring.
