Gail Ann Innis Obituary
Gail Ann Innis, age 79, of Kalkaska passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
Gail was preceded in death by her husband Kenny Innis and her daughter Jane Brennan. Her parents, Gerald and Margaret Zuber, as well as her brother Tom Zuber also preceded her.
She is survived by her son, Louie Innis, his wife Maya and their son, Wyatt; her stepdaughter, Sherrilee Innis-Grafton, and her kids, Luna and Iggy; and her sister, Wanda Spencer of Pennsylvania, as well as several nieces and nephews.
In her youth, Gail loved to be on a motorcycle out on the open road. Throughout her life, she was always ready for a good time, whether it was playing cards with family, sitting around a bonfire with friends, or just talking and laughing with whomever walked through her always open front door. She was also a hard worker, always making sure her family had whatever they needed, even through hard times. What Gail loved most was getting hugs, from her grandson Wyatt to the bus driver and everyone in between. She gave as good as she got, and those hugs seemed to light her up from the inside out.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2024, at Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home, at 11 am with the family receiving friends beginning at 10 am at the funeral home until time of the service.
