James Franklin Barkley Risden Obituary
James Franklin Barkley Risden, 89, of Wellston, passed away on Friday, November 22, 2024, comfortably in his home with family by his side. He was born April 10, 1935, in Traverse City, the son of Sanford and Nina Risden.
James is survived by: his loving wife, Betty Lou; sister, Rosie Durga; daughters, Alva Risden, Debbie Redmon, LuAnne Mansfield; son, Dan Ashburn; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many cousins and extended family members.
Per his wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of His Life will be announced at a later date.
The Terwilliger Funeral Home, in Kaleva, is in charge of arrangements.
