It is with great sadness that we celebrate the passing of Jerry Hogarth, who earned his Forever Wings.
He is survived by his wife, Gail T. Hogarth; and son, Jacob Hogarth.
Jerry passed in his sleep on Sept. 29, in Newport, Tennessee, where he resided.
He was born on June 23, 1955, to Frank Hogarth Sr. and Marian (Houghton) Hogarth, in Lansing.
Raised in East Lansing, he was the fourth oldest of 11 children.
He is survived by brothers, Frank Jr., Eugene, Jack, Charlie and Steve; sisters, Francis Kahla, Marilyn Cook, Evelyn Houghton, Donna Lanning and Ann Collins; cousins, Kenneth "Butch" Hogarth, who was raised as a brother and Cyndy Vincent, who was like a sister; many nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends.
"This is only goodbye until we meet again!"
He will be cremated with no service or memorial at this time.
