Traverse City, Michigan - Lowell Bruce Rosa, known as "Bruce", 90, of Traverse City, passed away on January 24, 2026, at his home in Long Lake Township. He was born on December 24, 1935, in Benzie County. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, friend and mentor.

Bruce was a dependable, hard-working, and loving man of god and service. He served in the United States Airforce, stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska from 1954-1958. He has countless family members and friends that love him deeply, as he did the same.

He is survived by: his wife, Pauline (Bates) Rosa; children, Rodney (Tammy) Rosa, Tracie (Dale) Herkner; grandchildren, Bryce Herkner, Cole Herkner, Samantha (Matthew) Marenger, Jacob (Grace) Rosa, Joshua Rosa, and Sophia Rosa; and his great-grandchildren, Wallace, Bruce, and Jude Marenger.

He was preceded in death by: his son, Bruce L. Rosa.

A Memorial Service for Bruce will take place at a later date in the spring.

The Bennett-Barz Funeral Home, in Beulah, is in charge of arrangements.
