Traverse City, Michigan - Marlene Marie Lehn, 77, of Traverse City, Michigan, died January 14, 2026. She was born on June 19, 1948, in Traverse City, Michigan, to Willard and Doris (Wichern) Egeler.
She worked in accounting for a majority of her career, within the transportation industry.
Marlene enjoyed the outdoors; she was an avid gardener. She always enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She had a passion and was extremely talented as a painter, owning her own ceramic studio for many years. Every year Marlene cleared her calendar to volunteer at the Beer Tent for the National Cherry Festival, something she truly loved.
She is survived by her daughters, Sarah Miner and Shannon (Chris) Carpenter; grandchildren, David Lopez, Shannon Lopez, Terry (Goldie) Webb, Tawny Thompson, Savannah (Dominic) Thompson, Rocky Rasho, Charlie Lehn, Taylor Lehn, Logan Core and Madison Core; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Marlene was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Patricia Miller; son, Tony Lehn; three siblings; a niece; and a nephew.
A Celebration of Life will be held 12 noon, Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Life Story Funeral Home. The family will greet friends starting at 11 am.
