Susie has been doing my hair ever since moving to Traverse City with my husband the summer of 1988. We became good friends and when I met her mother, I fell in love with her. She was such a kind, compassionate person who cared for others! She would make dish cloths for me at Christmas and make sure Susie would give them to me. I love them! They are the only kind of dish cloths I use and to know they were made especially for me, that meant even more!
I'm so sorry you had to let her go. It is so hard losing a precious loved one. I'm sure she is resting in the Arms of Jesus and this is reassuring to know. Hold on to those precious memories and I thank God for all of you and the legacy that

Coach Ooley and his dear Nancy together again. I never played for Coach Jim but worked closely with him on his book celebrating Traverse City's high school football history.
