Suttons Bay, MI - Randy was born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to Dougald McMillan, Jr and Aleze (Rundell) Bishop. He moved with his parents to Michigan in his teen. Randy was married to Siranee "Tak" (Krankrasang) McMillan. The light of his life for the past 18 years and daily reason to wake up and smile has been his daughter Alisha McMillan.

Randy loved SCUBA diving, skiing, bicycling, saling and traveling all over the world. He was a wonderful and caring friend. He will be missed.
