Robert Henry Osborne, 69, of Copemish, passed away on March 12, 2022, surrounded by family and friends.
Robert was born to parents Wayne and Bertha Osborne, on July 13, 1952, at the family farm in Copemish.
He graduated from Benzie Central High School in 1970 and married Debra Strickland on Jan. 2, 1971.
Robert is survived by son, David, of Copemish; and son Derek (Melissa Gallagher) of Grawn; along with six grandchildren, Brent, Kole, Andrew, Laney, Louis and Gracie. He is also survived by brother, Harley Osborne, of Copemish; sister, Dorothy Mead, of Honor; sister, Barbara Knight, of Benzonia; and close family friend, Dakota Card, of Copemish.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Debra; parents, Wayne and Bertha Osborne; and his little brother, Larry Osborne.
Robert was known for being a hard-working man his whole life. One of his favorite things to tell people was "I never missed a day of work in my life for being sick!"
Cremation has taken place and per his wishes no services will be held.
The Terwilliger Funeral Home, in Kaleva, is in charge of arrangements.
