Williamsburg, Michigan - Bill Beall, 85 of Williamsburg, passed away on June 19, 2026 at French Manor Terra.

Bill was born on January 13, 1941 in Mishawaka, IN to the late Wilbur Wesley and Dorothy (Staner) Beall.

On August 20, 1960 he married the love of his life, Arlene Mae McCoy in South Bend, IN.

Bill proudly served our country honorably in the United States Air Force from June 19, 1959 - March 18, 1964.

Bill's career was spent in the banking industry, working for St. Joe Bank in South Bend, IN and First State Bank of Saginaw, MI. He obtained his certification at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Graduate School of Banking. He finished his banking career as president of National Bank of Detroit in Traverse City, MI and Columbus, OH. After his retirement from banking in 1996, he consulted with Dewar Sloan and ultimately became president of Century Industries. He was active in the Saginaw and Traverse City Chambers of Commerce and volunteered as a mentor for SCORE.

He will be remembered for his love of family, country and friends. He was the life of the party, always making us laugh. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and wood-working. He played golf for the companionship, not so much the score. He was the best husband, father and grandfather. His family will cherish the memories of large gatherings in Traverse City, where he constantly entertained us and made us laugh.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Arlene; their daughters Jodell Reighard (Larry Gawthrop), Kelly (Dan) Ackert, Angela (Frank) Molitor and his eleven grandchildren Hannah, Eric, Jack, Miranda, Bill, Will, Henry, Ben, Max, Frankie and Julian. He is also survived by his sisters Sue (Tom) Thompson and Mary Ellen (Arnold) Kriegbaum.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, daughter Deborah (John) Solomonson and his brother Richard (Deanna) Beall. We can only imagine the reunion in Heaven!

In accordance with his wishes, his family will celebrate his life with an open house at a later date.
